Crab Imperial

Serves 6, more as appetizer

Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a rectangular pyrex baking dish.

Break bread up and soak in milk to moisten for 10 minutes. Drain any excess milk.

Add crab, then butter, then rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fill dish and bake for ½ hour, until top slightly brown and butter bubbling as edges.
