Mix flour and butter together to fine crumbs. Sprinkle evenly in a 11" by 7" pan. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes.
Combine these ingredients and spread on the the first layer as it comes from the oven. Return to the oven and bake 20 minutes longer.
Mix glaze and spread this on top as soon as the pan comes from the oven. Cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
